Chris Schmid is a full-time New York State licensed sales agent for Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties ("CBC Prime"). Chris grew up in the Clifton Park, New York while growing up around construction with his father and real estate around his grandfather. Chris was able to follow his childhood interests in real estate by joining Coldwell Banker Prime Properties in 2019. Chris Graduated from Johnson & Wales while earning a B.S. in finance and as well as being a four year Student Athlete for the men's soccer team.
