Paul Ehmann has been full time in the real estate business since 1985. Mr. Ehmann has experience in the construction business where he specialized in the renovation and restoration of historic properties in the Center Square neighborhood of Albany. His experience includes: site selection, acquisition and development as well as property management, commercial sales and leasing. Most recently, Mr. Ehmann has been entrusted to market a portfolio of nearly 50 buildings for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany, which includes schools, churches, parish offices, convents and rectories, successfully closing on more than 40 to date. Paul has also been chosen to market the New Covenant Charter School in Albany. Mr. Ehmann is a Certified 1031 Exchange Advisor, has extensive experience in residential new construction and development. He has been trained in mediation by the American Arbitration Society. Paul is the recipient of multiple sales awards including the Coldwell Banker International Presidents Circle Award, International Diamond Society Award and International Sterling Award.
